REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve it quickly. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

How to return
Email us at pieltallow@hotmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
